I’m very glad that summer’s almost over. I really hate weather that’s so hot you can boil water just by thinking about it.
(On the bright side, that does make it a lot easier to cook pasta.)
One nice thing is that so far this summer seems to have been much cooler than last year.
I’m ready for winter. Bring on the icicles and the frozen boogers.

You know that summer doesn’t actually yield to fall until mid-September, right? Or maybe I should just be quiet.
