*Mashed potatoes
*Biscuits (sausage gravy over biscuits.. YUM)
*Stuffing
*Hot beef sandwich
*Swedish meatballs

Things that would be WORSE with gravy:
*Ice cream
*Jello
*Licorice
*Pizza
*Tossed salad
