One of my favorite snacks

One of my favorite snacks to make is a tortilla pizza.
You take a flour tortilla, spread some pizza sauce on it, then layer it with some pepperoni slices and sprinkle it with parmesan cheese.
Bake it in the oven until it’s as crispy as you  want it.
I love these.  I fold them in half and eat them like a crispy calzone.
You can even make them diet-friendly by using turkey pepperoni and lowfat parmesan cheese.  The tortilla shells are already better for you than pizza dough.
I swear they’re really tasty.
