I’m gonna go out on a limb here and speculate that perhaps I haven’t always been the ideal poster child for healthy living. Most of my meals are NOT vegetable oriented, and I think “exercise” is something that happened once in a Linda Blair movie.
It’s not that I don’t LIKE to eat vegetables, it’s just that, well, I like so many OTHER things BETTER. Usually, instead of healthy organic food I end up casting happy eyes at the cheeseburgers and chalupas and pizzas instead. (Garlic bread… dripping with butter and cheese…. ohhh, don’t get me started).
I MEAN well, it just doesn’t usually work out the way I know it should. I hear all the news reports about how people need more vegetables in their diets, but still there’s some sort of disconnect between HEARING it and actually putting the aforementioned vegetables in my mouth and swallowing them. Know what I mean?
I know how to fix this.
Somehow we have to make spinach taste like chocolate.

you did a really good job on this. for me it was the hardest one so far. mo and mags did good too. mine sucked…
