Usually I end up skipping breakfast.
I know, I know, it’s not good to do that, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, blah blah blah. I’ve heard that. I just don’t usually eat breakfast. Either I sleep past breakfast time (after being up WAY too late the night before), or I’m just not hungry in the morning. Usually food just doesn’t interest me until somewhere around lunchtime.
When I DO have breakfast, I love any of these items:
1) French Toast (no syrup, just butter)
2) Bowl of cereal
3) Pancakes (no syrup, just butter)
4) Waffles (no syrup, just butter)
5) Ham and cheese omelette
6) Breakfast burrito
7) Sausage/egg croissant sandwich
Bowl of fresh diced melon
Any one of these would make a tasty breakfast. I just rarely get around to actually consuming it!
